The Firm is a leading manufacturer of various critical components and subassemblies for the Brake gear equipment of Freight wagons as well as Passenger coaches on Indian Railways. We have state of art equipment for machining, Assembly, Testing of all the critical Air Brake components. The company has been serving Indian Railways as well as important OEMs like Escorts, Knorr Bremse as well as Faiveley Transport. Firm has been an established and reliable supplier and is approved as a vendor by RDSO, (Research, Design and Standards Organisation of Indian Railways) for more than two decades.

The firm is part of a multi- disciplinary engineering industrial group of companies, under the Umbrella group of Lal Baba Industrial Corporation and Melbro Engineering with a turnover exceeding 300 crores INR ( approx US $ 45.00 million). One of the group companies, LBS Tubes Ltd is a manufacturer of CS seamless pipes and also recognised as ONE star export houses by the Government of India.

The firm (PEW Eng Pvt Ltd) has two manufacturing units with good proximity to main roads, rail heads and excellent availability of skilled manpower. The firm has been partnering various OEM units for rolling stock manufacture and for developing innovative solutions to their various product needs not only for the Indian market but for export markets as well.

Firm is equipped with CNC machining facilities as well as NABL accredited Testing Laboratory for ensuring stringent quality checks on all incoming and outgoing materials. Also various special purpose test equipment for Air Brake components like Fatigue and Vibration tests are available in-house, where-ever prescribed by the customers.
